Eligibility for home delivery services

The student and staff groups listed below may receive home delivery of library resources. When you request an item in Primo Search, home delivery will be shown as a pickup location if you are eligible for this service.

Students

You are automatically eligible for home delivery services if you are:

This is a SSAF funded initiative
  • Enrolled by CSU Online study mode
  • A student at Wangaratta Regional Study Centre
  • A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) student
  • Enrolled at one of the following CSU partner institutions:
    • NSW Police Academy
    • St Mark's National Theological Centre
    • United Theological College
    • ISRA – Islamic Sciences & Research Academy Australia
    • TAFE Pathway (Dubbo campus)
    • AGMC - Australian Graduate Management Consortium
    • AGSPS - Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security
    • AIPM - Australian Institute of Police Management
    • Australian Dental Association (NSW Branch)

On campus students can register for home delivery services if you are:

  • Registered with CSU Disability Services and unable to visit a campus library
  • A CSU student on Workplace Learning, however return postage is not provided

Staff

  • Staff who work off campus (verification required from Head Of School)
  • Dubbo campus staff
  • Wangaratta Regional Study Centre
  • Staff teaching CSU subjects at the following partner or research institutions:
    • Australian Graduate Management Consortium (AGMC)
    • Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security (AGSPS) – Canberra
    • Centre for Applied Philosophy & Public Ethics (CAPPE) – Canberra
    • Education For Practice Institute (EFPI)
    • NSW Police Academy - Goulburn
    • St Marks Theological College
    • United Theological College
