Step 1 – Register
Alumni Applicants - Please complete the Online Registration Form
Bring to the library or email libloans@csu.edu.au:
- Signed library membership application form
- Photo ID
- An original passport style photo (copy of a photo cannot be accepted), or email a photo ( JPEG format, no larger than 200kB in size) or have your photo taken at the Library Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
- If you are:
From other educational institutions - Bring to the Library or email your current ID card from your institution (if you are a Vianney College student or staff member, you can provide a Letter of Introduction from your Library)
Local schools (Senior students) – Bring to the library or email a completed and signed Application for Library Access and Borrowing form (Schedule 1 of the agreement with your school - ask your school for this form)
Step 2 – Collect your card
Collect your CSU card while here in person, or we will contact you when your CSU card has been made and is ready for collection – normally the next business day.
Step 3 – Activate your account
Activate your account and create your CSU user name and password.
School students under 18 years of age must provide a signed Internet Access Form.
Please note that memberships must be renewed on an annual basis. The following expiry dates apply to membership:
- Alumni, community and university members: 28 February of the following year
- Local college members: 30 November of the following year
- Local school members: 30 November at the end of Year 12
